El gobierno de los Estados Unidos procedió a confiscar bienes multimillonarios al ex tesorero de la nación durante el gobierno de Hugo Chávez, Alejandro Andrade quien fue acusado de haber formado parte de un enorme esquema de corrupción que expolió y lavó millones de dólares provenientes del tesoro venezolano. Entre las propiedades destacan bienes inmobiliarios de lujo, relojes, aviones y otras riquezas de incalculable valor.
He aquí las propiedades confiscadas a Andrade por las autoridades estadounidenses:

2) 15680 and 15740 46th Lane S, Welington, Florida 33414, incluyendo todo el lote de tierra, mobiliario, caballerizas, y bienechurías hechas en las dos propiedades.
3) 1290 N Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach, Florida 33480
4) 16912 Crown Bridge Drive, Del Ray Beach Florida 33446, incluyendo todas las mejoras, agregados que correspondan con la propiedad de los ampliaos terrenos y bienes inmuebles.
